GIRLS NIGHT OUT!
Friday, February 7th
7 to 9 PM

Hey ladies, Come get your "sexy on" with our sassy and sultry burlesque dance workshops.

We will come together on the first Friday of Each month from 7-9 pm for an evening of fun and fitness all rolled into one beginning in FEBRUARY.
Each evening will introduce an element of Burlesque with a simple but sexy dance routine that can be brought home to share with someone special, or just tuck it away in your closet of secrets. In addition, various props will be used to explore the many variations of burlesque dances. See below for what props will be featured for the first few workshops.

FEBRUARY 7th...boas
MARCH 7th...chairs
APRIL 4th ...hula hoops
MAY 2nd...pole tricks

The above props will be provided by Jenabah & Mylitta...but you may also want to bring a pair of gloves, a hat, thigh highs, and something that can be gracefully removed for any reveals (think layers).

$20.00 drop-in per workshop
OR
bring someone new and you can both attend that night for $30.00
( $15.00 EACH).

Wine is included!

Must be 21 or older!!!

FREE NIA CLASS WITH MARINA
Saturday, February 22nd
12 to 1 PM

Nia Technique is a movement practice that not only offers the cardiovascular benefits of traditional fitness classes, but also encourages emotional expression and engagement to nourish the mind, body and soul.

Nia is a barefoot technique and is a blending of modern and jazz dance, aerobics, martial arts, yoga and body integration therapy based on the Alexander technique and the teachings of Moshe Feldenkrais. Originally, Nia stood for Non-Impact Aerobics. The letters "NIA" have come to stand for Neuromuscular Integrative Action, in other words, the interaction between our bodies and our minds.

Nia honors the organic movements of the body to strengthen, stretch, open, align, balance, invigorate and heal. Accessible and innovative choreography engages the mind, stimulating music evokes the emotions, and instructor-guided focuses and visualizations access the soul. Engaging both the outer and inner self invites freer and fuller movement and results in a well-rounded and satisfying movement experience.
