Hot Stone Massage is a full body Swedish massage utilizing warm oils and heated basalt stones.  The stones are applied to the body in various locations to bring about relief for stiff and sore muscles, as well as to help stimulate energy flow.  Combining heat with the pressure of the strokes helps to alleviate both chronic and acute problems by deeply relaxing and nurturing the body.
